Mango Madness Margaritas {with fruit infused tequila}

If you used all of your Mango, Papaya, Pineapple infused tequila in the Taste of Tropics Margaritas, we suggest you make some more. You are going to need it for these mango margaritas.

In the blended li hing mui mango margaritas, I used fresh mango. For these mango margaritas, I decided to use mango juice. Partly because I wanted them to not be served straight up (or on the rocks, if you so desire). And because I happened to have some in the fridge. I used bottled mango juice but if you have fresh mangos on hand, it’s really easy to make your own mango juice. Although, I probably wouldn’t add any sugar to it.

You want your mango margaritas to highlight the flavors of the fruit and the infused tequila, not to be overly sweet. Just like the strawberry margaritas. And the blood orange margaritas made with blood orange infused tequila.

mango margaritas

We go through a lot of mangos in my house in the summer months. All winter long we wait patiently for them to arrive in the store. And once they do, we stock up. They are used in everything from fruit smoothies to fruit infused tequila. They are just too delicious to pass up. I think you’ll agree after you have a sip of these margaritas!
