We recommend using freshly squeezed juice for the classic mimosa and the blood orange mimosa. We’ve also included an optional garnish for each drink in case you want to win presentation points.
Mimosa Recipes for Brunch
Classic Mimosa Recipe
Fill a champagne flute with equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and champagne. Garnish with an orange wheel.
Blood Orange Mimosa Recipe
Blood orange juice
Fill a champagne flute with equal parts fresh squeezed blood orange juice and champagne. Garnish with a little piece of blood orange.
Floral Pear Mimosa Recipe
1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
Add elderflower liqueur to champagne flute. Top with equal parts pear juice and champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Pomegranate Mimosa Recipe
Fill a champagne flute with equal parts pomegranate juice and champagne. Garnish with an orange strip. (For a fun twist you can also add 1/2 ounce Cointreau).
