3 Easter Cocktails with Jelly Bean Vodka

The Bunny Drop Martini - A cross between a Lemon Drop Martini and a KINKY Liqueur Martini, the Bunny Drop Martini uses lemon jelly bean vodka with fresh squeezed orange juice and KINKY Liqueur. If you think the drink needs a little sweetening, add some agave nectar or simple syrup.

The Bunny Drop Martini

Ingredients

2 ounces lemon jelly bean vodka
1 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
1 ounce KINKY Liqueur
Optional: 1 bar spoon agave nectar or simple syrup
Orange wheel for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Makes 1 martini.

Bunny Drop Martini

Flower Power Martini – This Easter cocktail is similar to a Blood Orange Martini with a floral twist. It’s a beautiful pink martini and you can garnish it with either a slice of blood orange or some jelly beans on a skewer.

2 ounces orange jelly bean vodka
1 ounce fresh squeezed blood orange juice
3/4 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Slice of blood orange or a few jelly beans on a skewer for garnish

Preparation

The Fuzzy Bunny Martini – You can’t have a holiday without a Champagne Cocktail. For the Fuzzy Bunny Martini you can use any flavor of jelly bean vodka you want. Add Champagne or sparkling wine, drop a jelly bean in the bottom and you’re good to go. Easy to make for pleasing a crowd.

The Fuzzy Bunny Martini

Ingredients

2 ounces jelly bean vodka 
Champagne or sparkling wine
Jelly bean for garnish

Preparation

Pour jelly bean vodka into a chilled martini glass. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a jelly bean.

Makes 1 martini.
